We do not offer returns or refunds for products that have no direct issue or manufacturing defects. If a product is faulty and subject to a warranty claim we will most likely require you to return the product for evaluation, however before returning any product for a warranty claim, fault and/or issue please contact us first via our email: sales@precisionrifleshop.com.au
