The Precision Rifle Shop designed the PL8.5 specifically for precision rifle shooters and hunters in. It’s 8.5 inches in length making it the perfect size to hold the average sized shooting sandbag without edges hanging off and becoming unstable, ensuring the shooter has an optimised stable position to take their perfect shot. The PL8.5 makes positional shooting fast, accurate and efficient, it also offers a fantastic rear support for tripod assisted shooting or is often used as a platform for spotting scopes or binoculars, they are extremely versatile. You’ll likely see them on the firing line at most Australian precision rifle events and they are also used by hunters who prefer to shoot from a tripod rather than prone to avoid long grass and other obstacles impeding their line of site, the method of clipping into a tripod has benefits but it cannot match the tripod plate and a shooting bag for speed!
PL8.5 is 100% designed and manufactured in Australia, made from CNC aluminium and finished in a black anodising.
